hi i have a k2 i am trying to connect a cfs
the software only shows spool and not the cfs
there are 4 red lights flashing on the front panel
I have fed the filament through all 4 and still nothing has anyone
got any ideas where i am going wrong many thanks
Have you verified if you connected the wires correctly?

connected as shown it feeds all the 4
filaments but i cant select it on the screen
or the soft ware plus i have 4 flashing red lights
Factory reset the printer with everything connected and then check for an update for both printers turn and cfs
