Is there a way to connect a second camera via the usb port, like a web cam?
I can’t answer that Q, however what I do, is I’ve mounted an eufy security camera above the top glass looking down so I can remotely check a print status…
Imo the camera position on the K2 is terrible, the angle doesn’t let you identify problems except on the closest object, my old ender 3v3 had a better camera (nebula) which at least could be mounted higher up for a better field of view - angle.
That is the reason I wanted to add another camera, It would make adding so easy if you could just use the usb port.
Yeah, my old nebula/printer is now with family..
But hopefully someone else has a usb camera and can test for you.
What i can confirm is that you can use the usb port to power other devices..
Ive a tuya temp/humidity IR sensor plugged in and working, but I suspect camera integration is not supported like it was in the ender series as thats software related (just a guess)
