Sounds like you are printing a file that is set up to manually change filament (i.e. without a CFS).
Did you print the multi color benchy after setting up your CFS?
If so, did that work properly?
If not, try printing it out and see if the filaments change as needed without manual intervention.
Not sure how to change your file in question via Creality Creative Space.
Now I have the same issue in the 2 k2 plus I have and I think the issue could be the filament sensor because it has a warning in fluidd. I sent an email to Creality and also I ordered two filament sensor. I hope they will be here soon, I can’t use the machines now because they are sending errors all the time because of that
My system has been crap since day one.
I tried to get Creality to replace it but they insisted it was my filament. Even opened new reels on video and reproduced it. In the end I just bought it from them and another from Creality website.
Anyway replaced it yesterday and I’m doing the ultimate stressing of the printer and so far not a single issue ![]()
Also had to buy and install a strain gauge as it was terrible on the first layer.
Hi I have used a electric nail file to smand the part I have showed in the photo
In my case nothing helped me but this thing did it and I haven’t have any problem and any errors
Sometimes the trigger gets stuck or is to close to the sensor
So sand this don’t tighten the screws so much and then change filament
If this didn’t work change the fillament sensor that they have gave you with the printer it’s in a small box change it and this may help you
If it doesn’t work
Sent photos I will check it
