My unit keeps failing and I’m burning through filament and it’s getting ridiculous. Every time I try to print a verticle model it around layer 500+. Once it gets that tall the extruder hits the model and eventually knocks it off. I have a ticket open with creality and they think it’s the plate temperature. You can hear it slam into the models while it prints. I have adjusted z hop, temperatures, cleaned plate really well. I doesn’t matter how I position any model they all get hit.
