Is there anyone else on here who’s fed up with the constant lies and delays from Creality and are still awaiting delivery of their K2 despite multiple promises I was originally told October then November then December (13th) still nothing. No email, no update. Constantly having to chase them. The customer service is ridiculous. Am I alone or are there others?

I’m in the UK. I’ve now received the printer which was damaged unfortunately the bottom door hinge wasn’t attached.
Hope yours isn’t the same. Sound like many people have same issue. I saw a YouTube video of them calling this out in the factory. Why on earth you’d just use adhesive for a heavy glass door is behind me. Even the handle is mechanically fastened. Doesn’t make sense.
So… just for understanding… you said you got our in December few days ago, it was promised in October and than in November…
Question is, when did you ordered it?
I ordered it 6 days ago… am I going to wait for it in summer!!!
I ordered mine back in May on the early release.

I’m still waiting for my K2, which I ordered in July. I’m getting a little nervous because the printer is still marked as ‘to be collected.’ At least after I contacted Creality support at the beginning of December to let them know I was waiting, they sent me the shipment number.
@MadMario fingers crossed it arrives shortly for you. Don’t give them a chance to breathe. Creallity are quick to take your money but very laid back when it comes to responding to their customers.
FYI … I am still waiting. It is January
