I need help. New to this and after just 2 weeks of owning this K2 pro I went to print tonight and when it started doing its level check it went all the way up and then the printer nozzle drug across the plate leaving deep scratches
You updated the firmware recently? Many people are complaining about that same issue. If you did update, you should downgrade back to the older firmware.
I did update when I took it out of the box. I will go back to the old firmware and try it
