Can someone maybe help me out with this one.
I have my K2 plus for about 10 days now.
It worked well untill i got the error FO 0528 no extution detected. I looked for a cloged nozzle. nothing.
Then i opened the extruder Front and found a totally damaged gear. After more research i found out that i am missing the bearing on the cover side which holds the motor gear in place.
Does someone know where i can get a fast fix, maybe just the bearing dimensions so i can replace it fast and dont have to wait fir the support to clear that.
Are you sure your missing a part. Here is a picture of what it should look like
There are 3 gears, 2 on the same plane and the third can sit as per this picture and fits into the rear portion of the extruder. When it on the pin (on the rear part of the extruder) it will appear that there is a hole in the front part but it is just where the bearing sits.
Unfortunately it only comes inserted into front extruder. Can’t see its available on VIP Mall.
I believe its 3mmID 4.8mm OD 4mm wide. Could be wrong though. far easier to buy replacement front .
Have no Idea where you are so would suggest suggest aliexpress, (Geek store or ecology store) . Both are good for delivery times. Not sure if they do express delivery.
Otherwise its pay thru the nose for Amazon ?

I have seen the gears on Amazon. You can also purchase the front end on Amazon. Be careful some she complete and some show no complete.

Just mail creality. I needed a new extruder ventilator and extruder motor. 3 march i mail them a foto and video 11 march i had al the parts. The motor came frome China and the ventilator from poland.
