You will need to flash the necessary firmware file. Mine came with V57. You can get yours here:
Put it in a USB stick and insert it. The printer will see it and ask if you want to flash it.
After flashing, turn off the printer. Turn it back on. Do “reset” form the console. And that will basically be the “factory reset”.
