Recently I bought a K2 Pro and I’m trying a FHD upgrade. The cameras are all USB class video devices. (don’t bother with the connector). Doesn’t matter what camera you thrown in it, if USB class video will work. I bought a K2 Plus chamber camera replacement part. If there is no limitation on creality os due camera resolution, probably will work if: 1. main cpu can handle the FHD stream 2. creality cloud does not mess the streaming due the printer model (creality print is based on cloud streaming) 3. big cnc machine camera heatsink and new housing angle.
Do not bother with AI blabla on chamber camera, just lost a 9h piece while writing this post…
All k2 family has root access granted officially by creality. So you can move freely to orca slicer, some software mods and enjoy FHD or 4k if CPU can handle it. But only to LAN connections with RJ45.
