K2 Nozzle Camera Failed to Start

I keep getting this message. “ACO529: Nozzle camera failed to start, try restarting” but I’m unable to find any information on it. Has anyone else had this issue or know a fix?

I got this printer brand new Friday and have only printed a few things so far.

Have the same problem here.

Brand new printer and every time this error.

I reached out to customer service and they had me restore to factory default.

I did that and it seems to have fixed the issue… so far.

Hoe did you set I back To factory default? Because I can’t find it in the menu.

Found it and after I did the reset did two prints without the error. Hopefully it’s over now.

Cihazda bir noozle kamerası olması gerekmiyor mu ? Creality K2 Combo.Bende de aynı sorun var ve kamerayı bulamadım.Söktüm , kamera yerinde yok.Kamera koymayı unutmuşlar.Bu modelde kamera olması gerekiyor diye biliyorum.

Merhaba, Creality K2’nin baskı kafasında kamera bulunmuyor, sadece baskı tablasına bakan bir kamerası var.
