Please send me a new door, You’re using such a horrible glue and method of putting these doors together.
Have you contacted customer service? They can be very slow but I hope you get a fix.
Yeah I’m currently waiting for them to answer me on live chat system. But if I have to wait as long as I did for a replacement door as I did the original k2 combo i’m just going to contact my bank honestly and get a refund for the faulty product. Ridiculous that this is even a thing, could of used better glues or even redo the door hinge system to utilize screws or other methods to hold them together. So now after a month and a half of waiting for my package its now unusable cause every time you open it you run the risk of popping the top one too.
