Where do I fine the calibration formware “CROCN240110C10_ota_img_V1.1.3.14.2.img” in order to do the belt tensioning calibratioon?

cs@creality.com is very frustrating. They replies saying it’s online and pointed me towards the normal firmware. They really are useless.

So far, the best response from cs@creality.com was to reference me to the page on how to do the calibration to get the firmware (they have no idea where to get it). Those instructions specifically tell you to contact cs@creality.com in order to have them email you the calibration firmware.
I feel like I am stuck in a subterfuge loop !
