As you all know, the k2plus combo model is problematic from top to bottom. We can partially understand this, although we know that Creality is at fault for launching an immature product.
Do we, as customers or users, have to tolerate almost every mistake? Nobody accepts their mistakes! Users are not obliged to fix the production mistakes or software deficiencies of this machine. However, Creality, the manufacturer, Genix, the distributor in my country, and Samm Market, which sold the product to me, do not accept the mistakes of the product and are stalling me and probably other customers. Time is very expensive.
Instead of buying this product, I would buy two different brands that can print in color and I would not have any problems. What bothers me is that the product is faulty or shows a fault, and there is no support for the product sold. I do not want to mention other brands here, but I can guarantee that I will never buy any Creality branded product, including filament, from now on. Of course, I compare with other brands, and based on my experiences, other brands are always ahead in terms of customer relations and support. I will never get tired of repeating this;
I will do my best on social media against the Creality brand as an individual. I don’t want to take up anyone’s valuable time anymore.
