Printer has around 1600 hours on it.
Replaced extruder cover, tube etc. Figured I’d replace the cutter at the same time. It appears the box of 10 I bought have magnet polarity issues. I mount it ‘triangle up’ and it sucks in completely and blocks the filament hole. Tried flipping it still doesn’t work.
These are the official creality replacements.
Causing all types of fits now with color changes.
Read some of the other threads but haven’t seen this particular issue.
Anyone have any suggestions?
