K2 Plus Error Codes

hi all, not a great start to there flagship K2 Plus waited over 6 months to get the printer and when it arrived 2 weeks ago i have had nothing but error messages on the printer so not a happy 3d printer at the moment.

it seems you have to jump through hoops to get a message from customer services which i find very unhelpful to say the least.

my error codes are
CA2710
CA2720
and loads of other

just wondering if other people are getting all theses errors and have you found a fix i have tried all the methods on there wiki page recalibration etc printed the tool etc but nothing seems to work i think it needs to go back.

any help would be gratefully received

Honestly that’s unacceptable. I’m a die hard Creality supporter. But I’ve never seen that many codes on one printer. In Crealitys Defense, I do know that the shipping companies have been very hard on these packages. That’s something that they never could’ve anticipated. So I’m assuming a lot of of these errors I’m not saying all, but a lot of them are coming from mishandling during shipping and things coming loose. Which is unfortunate. But all you can do is really go one by one and address each code and try to resolve them.

Fyi. The latest firmware update caused my printer to have the same ca2721 code. I think it fried the board.

The others could be the same. You should ask for a full replacement or work through each problem. The good thing is once you figure them out you will be an expert on repair. More than likely with a machine this complex you will have to do this stuff anyway some day. At least thats how i look at it. Nothing is perfect. Especialy a 3d printer

the problem is there is so many of them that it is very hard to know where to start and getting in touch with creality is very frustrating. also i am not that great at fixing things and to be honest i should not have to be… if you get what i mean.

just would like a printer that works without spending hours and hours trying to work s*** out.i have had a look in the back and gone through checking connection and making sure everything is tight screws but don’t really want to mess with it too much.

i watched all the videos out there on error codes one from The Incompetent Craftsman about the belt tension but my auto belt tensions don’t seem to be working well not when i run the tests anyway.
so i am at a loss sent all the stuff to creality just waiting to hear back but will be getting on to my credit card company to see what i can do about either a refund or replacement.

K2 pops too many errors, which in fact should be warnings. Like CA2710 in this case do not affect the prints and tells you to recalibrate belt tensioning.
