I have replaced the filament sensor and the tool head board 3 times already i replace extruder and the filament sensor stays on all time and wont allow me to print anything
i get the error saying filament stuck somewhere in extruder but there is nothing there. I can still pritn though. i just bought the new PHAETUS extruder hoping this helps if not shoudl still print but i can do the middle calibration boxes in the calibration section cant remember what they are. Also my CFS hasnt worked in months which sucks. I replaced my filament sensor in for the extruder as well no change just stays on blue. For me its whaetever if i can still print that works for me. The headache until someone finds an easy fix ios not worth trying to go through all the trougleshooting etc. I heard going through whats app to speak with a creality support member makes the process way fast to get help. Im.havimg the same issue I been. Im talks with creality threw what’s app i just wanted too see if anybody else had a solution being as creality wants to keep throwing sensors and tools head board
A while back I remember someone posting re this and pointing out that despite having the error it turned out to be the spring not located properly in the sensor. Worth a look that all elements are in correct position.
