I ordered a Creality K2 Plus on 11/20/2024. My payment was received on the same day. I received no order confirmation. No feedback on shipping date. Looking at my order, it has yet to ship on 11/28? Attempts to call customer service result in the call hanging up after three minutes of silence. Creality claims I should receive the item three to seven business days after payment is received. I have confirmed the item has yet to ship! Any experience from others that recently ordered a K2 Plus is appreciated.
Same here, buddy. I placed an order on December 19, 2024, but there’s no shipping yet. I emailed them, but they just repeated what I already know: my order hasn’t shipped. I might have to cancel and go with Bambu Labs instead.

I ordered a K2 Plus Combo on Dec 23 paying with CC on same day, and like your post stated no emails whatsoever. It’s now January 15th and my order still shows the same info it showed just after purchase, “your order will be shipped out ASAP” But lists no shipping date. Customer Service wont even take any of my attempts to contact them hoping for some reassurance I’m not being scammed out of $1500.
I guess they already burned up my 14 day return deadline, and tossed away a month or more of the one year warranty. I’m about very close to canceling my first ever 3D printer purchase, and order a Bamboo. Come on Creality, it’s time to conduct business as a professional marketing enterprise. Everything about my buying experience with Creality is disgustingly upsetting.
Arrived here via a Google Search and I am somewhat relieved to find out that I am not the only one having this “issue”. I ordered 2 x K2 Plus Combos along with a bunch of extra stuff in the last week of December and not one thing has shipped. You would think that at least the filament would have shipped by now but all of it shows the same status. I received the same message when contacting support via email. The printers are arriving in the warehouse and will ship soon but no date and why not ship my other items?
UPDATE: I finally go a reply from customer support, and they said the international warehouse would receive units on Feb 17, and should ship to the US warehouse a couple weeks later, then 7-10 days to me in Indiana. Guess I’m looking at two months + after paying Creality that I may get my first ever 3d printer that was listed on store site as Item In Stock and ready to ship in 3-5 days.
Ask for your money back and wait two months for the X1C Max.
