Anyone else here do the pre-order Prime Day sale where you give $50 deposit and never receive the email to finish buying the product?
I paid the $50 deposit on 7/1 and never recieved the email to finish buying the K2 Plus Combo. On 7/6, 7/7, 7/8 and 7/9 I emailed and went through the live-chat to try to get it resolved. Finally on the 9th, they sent me a link to make the final payment, which went through successfully but was cancelled due to 'Unforseen circumstances" seconds after. Another round of multi-days of chat and email support and they said it was potential fraud. I used the same method of payment using Shop Pay to buy a roll of filament and no fraud alert??? Sent them the requested proof of ID on the 11th and still no resolution. Really seems like they wanted to sell me $20 of filament for the $50 deposit.
