Hello. I set the print yesterday and went to sleep. When I woke up I have system error. The CFS is flashing red light everywhere and the extruder looks broken and dabbed in the lump of filament… I don’t know how to remove the ball of filament. I am getting system errors since I updated slicer/printer. Also I wanted to see time lapse to see what happened but time lapse is not there from this print :(((( please help
Hello ! Can you try to heat the nozzle and use a heat gun to slowly remove it ? It is a hypothesis but there could no damages at all under this big blob of plastic
