I have been having trouble getting my K2 Plus to perform any cutter function including cutter calibration. I have run the calibration so many times, I’m getting dizzy. lol. I have replaced the extruder, the adapter board, the cutter sensor cable, and the cutter sensor board. I keep getting the TC2866 error message saying there is no cutter detected. I have checked the mechanical function of the cutter, and it moves freely and retracted fine. I have ordered a new tool head cable to see if that solves the problem but if not, I would like some help fixing it. I can’t print anything on the K2 Plus. here are links to videos of what printer is doing during cutter function.
