K2 Plus Waste deformed and Causing Clogs

I’ve had my K2 plus running for around 16 days of print time, and in that time the waste has gone from tight cones to a stringy mess that clogs the chute. The most recent clog caused the waste to backup and bend the wipe assembly and the waste shield.

I’ve bent everything back but this still doesn’t solve the underlying issue of the waste being a mess and gets stuck in the chute. In the image on the right is waste from a week ago and left is how it currently. Has anyone run into this issue, if so how did you solve it?

Also has anyone been able to buy replacement parts for the filament wipe assembly?

I’m pretty sure they’re included in the “bonus items” sent with new printers. At least the one or two silver spring steel wipers and a couple of rubber wiper brushes were included with my K2+ combo a month and a week ago.

I have those but when the waste backed up it bent everything and cracked the chute.
I should add that AI detection was on and didn’t stop the system from continuing to purge causing the issue.

I know the problem. I first reduced the flush volume and increased the cleaning tower. Then the poops are not so big. It’s working so far. But in general, the design of the chute doesn’t seem to be optimal. There is definitely room for improvement
