Has anyone experienced the situation where intermittant connection of the K2 to the wifi occurs. When you look at the K2 setup menu you can see that it is connected with an IP address but then you notice that the IP is dropped. You reconnect and it drops again yet at other times it is happy and stays connected literally day after day.
This printer is located in the centre of our house hold so it is not at some extreme point. In fact it is only a few metres from the router.
I am thinking of maybe doing a direct cable connect rather than wifi but this should and does work correctly sometime.
Beats me…

Same issue here. I can TOUCH the K2+ with one hand and the WiFi router with the other. I’d guess there is a defective WiFi “keep alive” algorithm in the K2 firmware. I see a LAN connection bottom left on Back of K2+ . I installed a cable and it connected with my router (hard-wired) Will be testing reliability .
As a rule I hardwire everything internet. I broke into my house during construction in the late 90’s to install CAT 5 that is running to this day. That being said, I put my K2 Plus on the house mesh and it has had no issues at all. There has been issues reported with network setups using 2.4GHz and 5GHz. This is in the forum from 2024 and may be helpful?
It seems I found the solution… I have WLAN access points with multiple SSIDs, e.g. für 2.4GHz, 5GHz, guests,…
By chance the 5GHz SSID was on top of the list and I connected it. Which seems to be the cause of my problems.
Now I switched to 2.4GHz and Creality Print found the printer in seconds.
I have no clue what caused this because with every SSID my router shows the connection of the K2 with the network and even Creality Cloud (working on the same machine as Creality Print) or Creality Cloud App worked with the 5GHz connection. Just not Creality Print…
