after the latest update on my k2 pro I am having problems with the camera.
at first it wouldn’t connect with the android app or the pc app.
after resetting the device in the android app it now works properly.
It still won’t work on the pc app. things I have tried
rebooting all devices
uninstalling pc app and reinstalling
repeatedly removed the device and re adding
I can connect and see camers on http://PRINTER_IP:8000 so the computer can see the camera and stream it
any ideas?

I’m having the opposite problem. After the update, I just get a white screen on http://PRINTER_IP:8000 but it works in the app?!?! I’m on a K2 Plus.
Same for me.
Nothing in IP:8000 but a working Camstream in CPrint. Root activated and deactivated, stays the same.
Before the update it worked…
Probably the same problem as with the K2 plus. Creality causing issues. Please check this topic: https://forum.creality.com/t/k2-plus-camera-feed-no-longer-on-port-8000/51384/26
All I can do is suggest to ask Creality tech support to reinstate the camera stream in the nect version of the firmware.
I wish creality would monitor these forums and answer….
problem with fluidd is that I like to see what’s going on out of the house and can’t reach local lan…

ファームウエアV.1.1.6.3、CrealityPrintV7.2.0.5226にUPしたら録画できなくなりました。
ヒューマンチャットサポートからダウングレードしなさいと言われしましたが録画出来ません。
技術サポートのメールにはファームウエア、CrealityPrintを最新版にUPしなさい。
今までの状況をメールで送っても返信なし。
今朝、両方を最新版に戻して録画できない写真を送りました。
この問題で私もトピを立てています。
スマホは持っていない。
PCからプリントしてます。
サポートが一元化しない事が不愉快です。
同じことを何度も言わせたり、やらせたり、ユーザーを信じていないように感じます。
この問題は当事者がサポートに連絡する事が大事だと思います。
ここに書いてもCreality社は見ない可能性がある。
仮に見ているならCrealityの何方かが書き込んでもよさそうに思う。
それが無い事はCrealityでは問題にしていないのかもしれない。
ユーザーの困っていることを伝えないと変わらないように感じる。

サポートから回答が来ました。
それを基にテストしてみました。

９ｍｍ以上、が必要と言う事が確認できました。
I had the same thing with my Hi - the K2 Pro updates have been good so far. 1) download the latest firmware straight from Creality Wiki Home | Creality Wiki . Put it on a thumb drive. Turn off the printer. Insert the thumb drive into the printer’s usb port. Turn the printer back on. When it prompts to update firmware, say yes.
On the K2 Pro, the usb port is high on the right side in front of the RFID reader.
