After the 1.1.4.1 update I found the screen would work fine on startup but after many prints the screen would blank after starting a print and no way to get it to come back on. The only way to get the proper function back was to do a factory reset to clear the folders. Hope an update fixes the problem.
Easiest is to use a format a thumb drive. Create a folder “wipe_all” with no file extension. I did it by saving a Word document with that name then deleted the .docx. Turn off the machine, insert the thumb drive and turn it back on. The printer will go back to factory settings. Remove the thumb drive
