I had a bit of an accident while cancelling a part on my K2 Pro. I was printing per part rather then per layer, but when I cancelled the second part which was at the front of the build plate. When the head went towards the back it picked up the part and slammed it into the back. Only damage was the Waste baffel/shelf’s end that is actuated with the print head got bent pretty badly. It is still working OK, but when the nozzle is primed over the waste shute the extruded filament slides off leaving long strings which is causing blockages with my waste bin. Is this part sold separately or maybe as part of the waste shute assembly? It’s not listed on the Creality wiki as separate parts.
Any suggestions of how I can get this fixed to resolve the problem?
