I just got my new K2 Plus Combo delivered yesterday. Watched a video on-line and followed it step by step with not problem. Printed out one of the sample files and everything worked great. I do have one complaint, and it is not about the printer itself. I did not know there was a trade-in program when making a new purchase so I bought the printer. I asked if I could still qualify and was told only if I purchase another K2. So that was at least a 10% discount I missed out on since I purchased from Amazon. Still, I really like the K2 and am not unhappy. Hope it stays that way.
