Can you help with this issue i just bought this printer few days ago and it gaves me this error i have cleaned the plate and reset the printer… and nothing changed please help
Look like you need leveling board 2101020246.
I just bought it a few days ago 
If that case, if you send request to Creality they should send out replacement part for you, or double check connection under the bed.
