Layer height ? (how low can we go?)

Hi,
I’m using the 0.2mm layer height as default, but for finier print, I also use 0.16/0.12
Is there a benefit in going lower ?
I remember reading that the Z motors would work well with 0.04mm increment, could anybody confirm and is 0.08mm layer height a possibility ?

I use 0.08 when I need more detail in the prints… so give it a try…
