I have a ender 3 v2 neo which new replaced stock hotend.

i have cleaned the extruder, but there is some wear on the gear.

i am having layer issues at the corners, see pictures. Finally when replacing filament it is very long and telling when it comes out of the boden tube..

any advice would be gratefully received

update i have replaced the nozzle and cut a bit from my bowden tube for a clean end

the results have improved, but there is still a problem

It would help to provide type filament, dryer time and temp if used, hot end temp, bed temp, and print speed. I’ve had similar print issues and think it was damp filament. When the moisture hits the hot end, water boils instantly, and it pushes filament out of the nozzle quickly. I do find it odd that it is localized, same on my print.
