Hi. I just got the ender 3 v3 3d printer. I assembled it yesterday and started the bench test boat that was already in the files today. After first printing it, the outcome was very bad. There was layer shifting and the sound of it printing was not pleasant and jerky. The speed level was at standard (100%) The sound didn’t sound too bad, but it does kind of bother me. Based on other videos by other people, their ender 3 v3 does not make a sound as loud as mine. I’ve checked the belts (as everyone always says to) and they all seem to be perfectly tight. On my second bench test, I reduced the speed to stable, (50%) but it also had jerky movement and layer shifting. So then I did another one with the speed level on silent and the outcome was perfect with not as loud sound. However, I don’t want to have to reduce the speed to get a good outcome. One of the very purposes of this printer is to be fast and if I can’t have the regular speed without damaging the print, then that is silly.
If anyone could tell me about any similar encounters they had, or what I should do, please let me know.
Thanks,
