The leveling bed on my k2 is smashing into the nozzle during self check . I have to unplug the printer to stop the bed from continually smashing imto the nozzle How can i fix this??? I havent even got to use the printer because of this massive failure
If it is a new printer, contact the reseller for replacement/warranty
