What causing this? Creality support send me 4 Strain Gauges and the Mainboard PCBA after replacing it same problem nothing change at all.

Try to install a latest firmware, if you already did, so reflash.
I am running into this as well.. I installed the nebula camera and had a few prints with it installed but now when I try to recalibrate the machine I get the same error… my bed however get about 1/2 way up to the top and acts like its checking distance etc… but then fails and returns that error.
