Don’t know what country your in but search EFC-09C24D fan yields ebay uk though from China. :frowning:

or may be

https://www.mouser.co.uk/c/thermal-management/fans-blowers/?height=92%20mm&m=Delta%20Electronics&operating%20supply%20voltage=24%20VDC&product%20type=DC%20Fans&width=92%20mm

It would appear to be a 3 wire Delta EFC industrial series 24volt

Thanks! but I still cant find one thats 15mm wide. There plenty that are 25mm, but then the back cover wont fit.

I cannot find that 15mm depth on the actual makers site and so I would guess it is only available via Creality.

Can only find a 20mm or 25mm depth on its site

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to actually get hold of someone at Creality who can sell replacement parts directly — specifically the new heater chamber fan (24V)?

I did manage to get a quick response from Creality via WhatsApp, and they told me I would receive a quote by email within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago, and I’ve received nothing since.

I’ve also emailed both sales and customer support directly and haven’t had any reply at all.

At the moment, my printer is basically a useless brick without this fan. As soon as it starts up it throws an error code if the fan isn’t detected, so I can’t even print filaments that don’t require a heated chamber.

I’ve searched everywhere (globally) and cannot find this specific fan model in 24V anywhere. The only workaround I can see is fitting a step-down transformer and running a 12V PWM fan (which I can get from Amazon/Temu), but that really shouldn’t be necessary on a fairly new printer.

It’s pretty frustrating that a company can sell a product but then be impossible to deal with when you need to buy a critical replacement part.

You could email service@mail.creality3dofficial.com and ask them. They work directly with creality and have always been supportive.

Thank You. I will try that email. I finally did get a response after my last post here and they asked for my details and what I wanted once again and then nothing. Very bad and frustrating customer service

Not really just fan, but seem whole ssr assembly.

Have look at mouser/rs online/digikey for similar size voltage fans and crimp/strip your own wiring may be cheaper getting whole new assembly.

Thank you very much. Although I dont need the heating part it will have to do. Will see if they ship. :+1:

@Robert_Honneysett Can you confirm the distance from centre of holes across top of original ? Your picture with tape implies 90mm approx but overall width is 90/92mm. so confused.

The Aliexpress is 90 wide with 80 mm between centres. Will it fit ???

Have u considered using their live chat line, thats how I got a part that was needed for my ender3 v3 KE , it was a back plate that needed replacing, I had thrown it out by accident they special ordered it from china. I would give that a shot since ur part seems specialized or proprietary.

Hi

That was my first contact with Creality and chatted to someone very quickly who said they would send a quote. They never did. I went back onto chat and spoke someone else and they said same thing. Still nothing. That’s when I finally started emailing all the different departments and again no response. Shocking after sales service.
