Looking for Hi Cable

Hi there,

Printer started jamming in the extruder. I found the cable had been severed and although I have reached out to support, I would like to be able to buy parts quicker.
It is the extruder motor cable shown here.

If anyone knows where I can get them it would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Update :
Creality sent me the following information which I used to figure out what it meant.

Cable Details (Translated and Explained)

  • Part Number: 3103080144
  • Chinese Description: 电机限位线_2P+黑色_UL1571_28AWG_L120_GH1.25-3Y
  • Translation: Motor limit switch cable, 2-pin + black, UL1571 standard, 28 AWG wire, 120 mm length, GH1.25-3Y connector

:wrench: Key Specifications:

  • Wire Type: UL1571
  • Gauge: 28 AWG
  • Length: 120 mm
  • Connector: GH1.25-3Y (1.25 mm pitch, 3-pin housing, locking type)
  • Color: Black
  • Application: Typically used for internal wiring in electronics, such as 3D printers, for limit switches or small motors.

I’ve reached out to a local supplier to see if they carry them.

It will be easier to solder. Or assemble a new wire. The terminals from the connector are taken out. New terminals are bought that correspond to the cable connector, and these terminals are offended.

same here bro, where can I found this parts

I am still battling with support on this. For the longest time, they thought I was referring to the stepper motor cable which comes with the motor.
As of this morning this is there response. I have since asked for a part number and proper name:

This is the connection line of the extruder slice detection board.

I will continue to update.

Received this P/N from Creality this morning:
3103110734 Cutter Test Cable

It should be noted that based on other forums, any cable that is not labels may not be required. On that premise, last night I tried printing without it and so far so good.

That being said, they are still sending me the replacement cable.

I hope this helps!

Update: Two cables received today. One was wrong (as were the previous 3), the other was right. Apparently 4 wrongs make a right. Haha

Hi, I am also in need of those same wires. Can you help connect the vendor? I’ll greatly appreciate the help.

Hi there,

Creality never did get it right. From what I have found, that cable is used for testing only. I’ve been running without it since with no issues.

Good luck!

He estado funcionando sin él desde entonces y no he tenido ningún problema.

My local vendor have those now. For anyone still looking for them, may be slightly cheaper freight intentionally or people in Australia.
