loose black wire near cutter / filament load issue

Hi wondering if anyone can shed some light on a black wire that’s dangling near my cutter on my K2 Plus Combo.

I don’t think its broken but can’t find anywhere that it should be located or clipped in.

My printer see the filament colour , starts to load , then reverses please insert filament.

Sometimes I get cutter error/fatal error/ filament jam.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Looks like the small board that usually sits between extruder and hotend on the front left.
