My K1max made some screeching noises while moving the printhead while printing and I did not know where it was coming from but after I oiled the geared pulleys and smooth pulleys the machine has become very silent again.
I used some light oil. (motor oil)
Can you explain exactly where you put the oil? I don’t want to get it on the belt which is what I’ve read it bad. I have some light machine oil but I’m just confused where exactly the oil is supposed to go
Yes you can put a drop on the bottom squaretippoint near the (glider) pulleys when running/turning the pulleys will pick up the oil from below and be silent again.
