Hi just got an Harlot Mange pro 8k
Did my first print and now the plate will not lower in to the tray. It only travels half way down the Z. I have done a reset and still the same. I can power off and manually turn the Z screw o lower the plate.

Try to reboot the printer and if you press the bed level or homing what happen?
