same issue here with model K1C 2025. In middle of print it looses filament… no extrusion or retraction possible, its total stuck…
The problem exists when the environment heat inside the printer exceeds about 40 degrees.
I had to open the cover during summer to get a correct temperature.
If you have the same trouble just open the extruder manually and remove the stuck filament over there to continue printing…
