Like some others, I suddenly faced the miss alignment issue as well, but I actually managed to fix it…
I’m not sure exactly which step fixed the issue or if all of them did something, so I’ll just share exactly what I did:
In the Lightburn software I went to settings, then the display tab and then I activated “Filled rendering”.
On my Falcon I slightly loosened all the screws for each tripod, to ensure that each of them are seated correctly, then tightened them in a x pattern…
Then I slightly loosened the bolts and nuts for the wheels above and below the rails and loosened the belt one axis at the time, slightly moved it back and forth a little bit for the wheels to be seated correctly, then tightened each wheel slightly then the next, then the next until all was tightened properly… and lastly I tightened the belt…
I did this for each side and the rail with the laser module…
And now there’s no more miss alignment…
