MISSING PARTS for my cr-30

Hello, needing a little help here. I just took delivery of my new CR-30 yesterday and it is missing parts…(VERY IMPORTANT PARTS)… I have emailed and called the support line phone number with no response and the number will not even connect… not happy!!!
