More stuff on the printer, the more it goes bad Ender 3 V3 KE

My first Ender 3 V1. You could beat it and it’ll still keep printing. Got an Ender 3 V3 KE for a good price and out of the box, it was great. Printed like a tornado. Now couple months later ready for the scrap yard. Been busy printing parts for the Ender 3 NG to turn the old V1 into a core-x-y machine. But the KE is acting upand have to stop for now..

Anyone ever run into this problem? The nozzel is nose diving into the heated bed!

You may need replace the cr touch probe, most likely the bent pin.

Thank you. But no bent pin.

Took it apart and lubed it and operates fine. Changed out the CR touch (with a new one) just in case and still get the error. The CR touch is blue when it starts up in the Printer self-check then the CR goes red half way thru the “Z” part.

Checked all the connections, cables and plugs, took the bottom off the printer and checked the connections, all good. Checked the “Z” motor screws and they are tight. Evend changed out the circuit board behind the hotend and extruderwith a new one. Same error.

I’ve read and tried all the “fixes” and suggestions posted to this problem and no answer yet. Looks like I have a “KE” paperweight and unfinished projects.
