I have some multicolor prints that when using ASA fail on the first or 2nd color change because the cutter doesn’t cut all the way and gets stuck causing the filament to jam and requires a manual cleaning of the extruder. I just bought some new cutters in case my current one (that isn’t that old) is just dull, and I’m going to print a mod/fix that someone else suggested for a stuck cutting blade but for my situation it prints no problems with say, petg multi color but as soon as i switch to a softer ASA filament, it starts failing often to cut.
