My brand new Falcon2 22W can't cut through 3mm plywood

I think some of the diodes may not work because I can’t do anything with this thing…

I received it last week and was disappointed from the begining but it’s my first laser engraver and I’m discovering the software side as well and wanted to take some time to troubleshoot.

At first I was using LaserGRBL and tried Lightburn this weekend to see if it changed anything… (nope)

this is the pathetic result from the default material test in Lightburn on 3mm plywood :

I’ve done the firmware updates and imported the provided config file in Lightburn, I don’t know what I can do now ?

Fixed with help from customer support, provided sample files worked perfectly from the tf card
Lasergrbl had some sort of power problem
Lightburn works just fine with correct parameters

I just got My 22w laser as well. I am decently versed in lightburn, But I am getting an error light and beep when it goes to fire the laser. (I am in the process of trying to finish the camera alignments. I have noticed that there are no lights on the laser itself. should they be on?
