My ender 3 v3 is giving an error message re the fan on the base underside not working. Following their suggestion, I have looked at the fan coming from the motherboard to the base plate. The fan connection is hot glued to the motherboard. I suspect this is because the connections have been coming loose. Creality have offered a replacement fan and suggested I prise off the hot glue from the motherboard with pliers. I suspect this is likely to damage the motherboard and am reluctant to do it. I am not a technician. Does creality ever arrange for printers to be returned for repair in UK? The printer was bought from geality in February this year.
