My halot R6 won't have it's qr code scanned

Hi guys, I just got a Halot R6. Part of the installation asks you to scan a QR code displayed on the screen to pair the device with your account but it just won’t work. Every time I try a message pops up telling me to scan the QR code. Feels like I’ve tried everything to get it to work
