My K2 extruder is having the filament back out of itself into the PTFE tube

Heya all!

Trying to work with PPA-CF from the side spool holder into the C2 (dont think the CFS is designed to handle it)

I’m struggling to figure out why this is happening, but every time the print head stops printing, the filament just starts working its way backwards into the PTFE tube. This means the extrude now has nothing to grab onto and the print fails… I have attempted to manually feed it in, and it does make it through, but then it just works its way backwards again a few min later and the problem comes back.

has anyone had this problem before? I cant be the only one… I hope…

Thank you, but I finally found the issue… I really should have expected this, but figured that creality couldnt have done something so… bleh.

It turns out the default profile for PPA-CF in creality slicer has the retraction length set so it backs it out past the sprockets nearly every time…
