I wasted 2500$ on the machine. I barely print with it. I had to buy a new extruder. code after code. stringy filament, retract issues. taking it apart 50 times. 2 cfs hubs. theyre clear. filament is good. wont retract, jam. Repeated FR2865 / FR2836 / FR2837 errors, take it aprt to the gears. clean it out reassemble, same sh**. blue light on until i remoce the stringy filament. does it again. I maybe have 30-40 hours on it. god da%% you would think it would give me a little more use before this frustration and headaches. guess #D printing isnt for me because f*** this unit! I want my thousands back

which filament and nozzle?
Could be all in your slicer settings. Maybe wrong filament selected or nozzle. Could be it needs recalibrated. Refreshed but if you tried all of these things and you’re still having all of these issues. Reach out to Creality customer support, with pictures and codes they will get you squared away. I totally get the frustration. My k2 plus came in doa. But it seriously can be something simple. Like wet filament, or a simple setting that was overlooked it happens to us all. And at the end of the day it’s a machine things happen even on other brands of printers.
