Hey there, if your printer’s chamber gets too hot, it might be causing the camera to disconnect. Try not to close the lid and door while printing, unless you’re dealing with high-temp materials like ABS . And there’s a chance that the camera’s SoC (System on Chip) might be overheating, causing the USB controller to reset and drop the connection. This could be a hardware issue, especially if the camera’s enclosed in the chamber.
This is not the case, my ender 3 KE is inside a wooden box, the box has a removable door which is often not in place when I print… also when I see the camera through the printer’s website, The image is always seen in real time and is never disconnected… but in Creality Print it is sometimes disconnected, when canceling the print for example.
