I recently bought a Halot Mage S in a combo with the Nebula camera, however I can’t get the camera to work. I plugged it in on the machine, enabled time lapse in the settings. I have the Creality Cloud app installed on my phone and am logged in. When I try to connect to the camera thru the app, it just sits there with a grey screen and sort of a “busy” sign. Is there something I’m missing? Or did I just a duff camera? Thanks for any help!
