hi, i have a problem with my nebula pad mount on a creality ender 3 v3 ke.
let’s start with the beginning. few monts ago i had a problem with the printer (an error with temperature) shown on the pad (2501 maybe?). After that creality sent me a new motherboard, i installed it and try to print something. The first time the nebula pad stop working (like it was turned off) after more or less 30 minutes, i reopened the printer, “touch” the cable and it worked again. Two days ago after stop working it never started again, i changed the cable but nothing change. How can i solve it?
